Questions.

Do I need both seat and CI licenses?

Not always. For local testing a seat license is enough. Running tests automatically in CI also needs a runner license.

Can I start with one seat?

Yes. Start small and add seats as your team grows.

What counts as a seat?

Testudos uses floating licenses. A seat is one concurrent user, not a named person. Anyone on your team can use Testudos, the number of seats limits how many people use it at the same time.

What counts as a CI runner?

A license for executing prepared tests in CI pipelines or on dedicated test machines. It is not meant for writing or maintaining tests.

Do you offer pilot projects?

Yes. A pilot validates technical fit and onboarding in your real environment.

Do you support enterprise procurement?

Yes. Formal quotes, multi-year agreements and tailored terms.

Is documentation included?

Yes, together with getting-started guides and tutorials.

Can you help us build tests?

Yes. Through onboarding, mentoring, migration support and hands-on help building and scaling test suites.
